The Day-Frederick Award
Each year the MN FFA Alumni recognizes individuals who have dedicated a lifetime of service to the FFA and FFA Alumni with the Day-Frederick Award.
Who is that person that always says YES when asked to do something, or that is always there lending a hand, encouraging a member or giving support. These are the people you should nominate!
Nominees do not have to be FFA Alumni members. Nominations are due January 31st each year.
The award is presented during the Minnesota FFA Alumni Annual Conference with recognition at the Minnesota FFA State Convention.

Minnesota FFA Hall of Fame
The 2023 application for Hall of Fame is now closed. The 2024 form will open in the fall of 2023.
Started in 2004, the Minnesota FFA Hall of Fame is a collaborative effort between the Minnesota FFA Association, Minnesota FFA Alumni, and Minnesota FFA Foundation. A selection committee consisting of FFA members, alumni, agricultural educators and foundation representatives select the final inductees.
The Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have been influential and supportive of Minnesota FFA and who have demonstrated a high level of service and longstanding commitment to agriculture, agribusiness, and/or education in agriculture.
The inductees are formally announced and recognized at the Minnesota FFA Alumni Association Annual Conference and have a formal induction ceremony during the State FFA Convention.

Anyone can submit a nomination, and candidates may be living or deceased. Nomination deadline is November 30th each year.

Minnesota Outstanding FFA Alumni Chapter Award
The purpose of the Outstanding Alumni Chapter Award is to recognize Alumni Chapters that plan innovative programming and promote agriculture, food and natural resource education and the FFA.
Qualifications:
1. The program or promotional activity can be a cooperative activity with the FFA.
2. Only chartered FFA Alumni Chapters are eligible.
3. Two awards will be presented – one award for an established Alumni Chapter and one for a pioneer Alumni Chapter (affiliated for less than five years)

Minnesota Outstanding FFA Alumni Coaching Award
This award is designed to recognize an individual FFA Alumni member and the FFA Alumni Chapter that have assisted or coached their FFA Chapter with Career Development Events at local, regional, state, national and invitational events. The award is open to all FFA Alumni members that have paid state and national alumni annual dues. The FFA Alumni Chapter must be in good standing. FFA Advisors are not eligible to receive this award.
